Multidisciplinary creative director specialized in brand building, idea generation, storytelling and the creation of new services and products. I started my career in the advertising industry almost 20 years ago and since 2000 I am one of the creative directors in the advertising agency Tiempo BBDO where I am also responsible for Tiempo B, the innovation department. Throughout all these years I have gained extensive experience in solving communication problems for brands, working on local and international projects and developing ideas and advertising campaigns in all disciplines, both off-line and on-line. During my career I have led multidisciplinary creative teams working in many different sectors such as consumer goods, energy and automotive. Among other brands I have worked for Sony Electronics Spain, Pepsico Global, Gas natural, Audi and some Nestlé brands.
There are many things to learn and so little time.
All this experience in the field of advertising has made me understand creativity and innovation as the main tool to solve any problem effectively in a volatile, complex and changing environment like today’s. This generic view of creativity has led me face different projects aside from advertising. In these years I have had the opportunity to participate with leading innovation companies in the development of new products; I have worked in idea generation processes for mobile apps; and I have launched, together with other partners, various projects in the field of technology and education, always giving my creative and strategic advice.
Ideas are nothing if you don’t make them reality.
My hobbies include the passion for photography and video making; a hobby that has given me the opportunity to shoot and direct several documentaries. You can watch some of them in my personal vimeo channel.
